Spring Break Week Update

THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR WEBSITE!
It was a busy few winter months, and it was challenging for me trying to get posts uploaded to our blog. Hope you enjoy perusing what I have put on! I am hoping to now have weekly updates for you to view, so keep checking in.

SPRING BREAK READING: I will be keeping traveling books & math traveling games at school during the break, so I hope you will take time over the break to read their own books at home with your child. They are in a great "window" right now where I am seeing a lot of growth in their fluency, so keep them going!!

Upcoming School Dates:
April 4, 2008: End of 3rd quarter
April 8-10: Parent/Teacher Conferences
April 23 (Wednesday) Early Dismissal (1:25PM)

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES: The end of third quarter is quickly approaching. We will be having parent/teacher conferences the week of April 7th . I will have more information later.

TheTwelve Days of Christmas: Book 1

In keeping with our "Twelve Days of Christmas" theme, we decided to write our own Twelve Days of Christmas songs & picture books. It was a lot of fun thinking of all the things our "teacher gave to us"! Enjoy reading them!

The Twelve Days of Christmas: Book 2

Hope you enjoyed reading them as much as we enjoyed writing them! Merry Christmas, everyone!

The Twelve Days of Christmas

After reading The Twelve Days of Christmas, we wondered, how many things are actually in those 12 days? These pictures show you the busy counting students who uncovered that mysterious question!

Oh, and if you want to know, you'll have to count for yourself!
